Philosophy
The Belleville Bulls Hockey Club of the Ontario Hockey League is proud to enter its eighth year or providing hockey camp opportunities for players of all ages and skill levels right here in Belleville, Ontario. We take great pride in sharing our facility, players, coaching staff, training staff and business team with our extended community by providing campers with an opportunity to develop their skills, meet our organization and have fun in a proven, well structured environment
Pro Facility
The Yardmen Arena is home for the Belleville Bulls and is the only OHL facility with an Olympic size ice surface. Complete video, medical and equipment repair services as well as the Bulls merchandise and pro shops are located on site. Our facility is conveniently located in the city of Belleville just one km south of the 401 (HW #37 exit) just minutes from shopping centers, hotels, restaurants, the Bay of Quinte and Prince Edward County.

Jake Grimes: Jake is completing his fourth season as Assistant Coach of the Belleville Bulls and head instructor with the Bulls hockey camps. He played his entire junior career with the Bulls and was drafted and signed by the Ottawa Senators in 1992. Upon completing a pro career cut short by injuries, Jake attended Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia where he completed a degree in Economics and began his coaching career which now spans 12 years. Jake was recently named an assistant coach with Team Ontario competing in the World Under-17 Hockey Challenge over Christmas and is a certified High Performance 1 coach under the auspices of Hockey Canada and the National Coaching Certification Program. Jake brings 20 years of hockey camp experience to the Bulls including 15 years as a professional power skating instructor. |

George Burnett: George is completing his fourth year as General Manager and Head Coach of the Belleville Bulls. A natural teacher with tremendous leadership skills, Coach Burnett brings unprecedented experience to the Quinte Area having served as Head Coach of Canada’s Gold Medal under-18 team in 2001 and Head Coach of the Edmonton Oilers in 94-95. George coached the Guelph Storm to the Memorial Cup Finals in 1998 and was recognized as the OHL’s Coach of the Year in 1991 and 1992 with the Niagara Falls Thunder. |

Jackie Jarrell: The Belleville Bulls are fortunate to welcome Jackie back for a seventh year of hockey camp instruction. After playing with the Belleville Bobcats, Quinte Red Devils AAA, Belleville Bearcats and Telus Lightning of the WPHL, Jackie accepted a scholarship opportunity with Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA. Jackie’s athletic ability, work ethic and commitment to academics make her an excellent role model for today’s youth. |

Rob Bunton: The Belleville Bulls are proud to welcome back Rob Bunton as a head instructor for the hockey camps. Rob played Junior Hockey for the Belleville Bobcats and Wellington Dukes and has accumulated 25 years of coaching experience including AAA and College (OCAA). Rob is a Certified Hockey Canada Skills Instructor and graduated with Honors B.A. Kinesiology/ Specialization in Coaching while completing his Theory at the University of Western Ontario. Rob is currently the Athletic Director at St. Theresa Secondary School and Head Coach of the Pee Wee A Bearcats (Provincial Champions 2007) and St. Theresa Titans (H.S. Champions).

Eric Tobia: Eric played four strong seasons in goal for the Belleville Bulls 2001-2005 accumulating many accolades including Most Valuable, Most Dedicated and Most Improved Player awards. Eric was also named Humanitarian of the Year for the Bulls on two separate occasions and Scholastic player of the Year three times. This graduate of Quinte AAA has 8 years of instructing experience specializing in goaltending. |
