Philosophy
The Belleville Bulls Hockey Club of the Ontario Hockey League is proud to enter its tenth year of providing hockey camp opportunities for players of all ages and skill levels right here in Belleville, Ontario. We take great pride in sharing our facility, players, coaching staff, training staff and business team with our extended community by providing campers with an opportunity to develop their skills, meet our organization and have fun in a proven, well structured environment.
Pro Facility
The Yardmen Arena is home for the Belleville Bulls and is the only OHL facility with an Olympic size ice surface. Complete video, medical and equipment repair services as well as the Bulls merchandise and pro shops are located on site. Our facility is conveniently located in the city of Belleville just one km south of the 401 (HW #37 exit) just minutes from shopping centers, hotels, restaurants, the Bay of Quinte and Prince Edward County.

Jake Grimes: Jake is completing his sixth season as Assistant Coach of the Belleville Bulls and Head Instructor of the Bulls hockey camps. He played his entire junior career with the Bulls and was drafted and signed by the Ottawa Senators in 1992. Upon completing a pro career cut short by injuries, Jake attended Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia where he completed a degree in Economics and began his coaching career which now spans 14 years. This year Jake was named Head Coach with Team Ontario who will be defending their World Championship this Christmas at the World Under-17 Hockey Challenge. Jake is a certified High Performance 1 coach under the auspices of Hockey Canada and the National Coaching Certification Program. Jake brings 22 years of hockey camp experience to the Bulls including 17 years as a professional power skating instructor. |

George Burnett: George is completing his sixth year as General Manager and Head Coach of the Belleville Bulls. A natural teacher with tremendous leadership skills, Coach Burnett brings unprecedented experience to the Quinte Area having served as Head Coach of Canada’s Gold Medal Under-18 team in 2001 and Head Coach of the Edmonton Oilers in 94-95. George coached the Guelph Storm to the Memorial Cup Finals in 1998 and was recognized as the OHL’s Coach of the Year in 1991 and 1992 with the Niagara Falls Thunder. Recently George made a second appearance in the Memorial Cup in 2008 with the Belleville Bulls. |

Jackie Jarrell: The Belleville Bulls are fortunate to welcome Jackie Jarrell back for her tenth year of hockey camp instruction. Jackie graduated from Mercyhurst College in May of 2008 from her Division 1 Hockey Scholarship where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Medicine. During her time at Mercyhurst, she won 4 straight College Hockey America Regular Season and Playoff Championships and made 3 NCAA Elite 8 Appearances. She was an assistant captain of the Mercyhurst team that was ranked 1st nationally for the majority of the season in 2006 which was the first time in program history. For the past two summers, Jackie has played for Team Canada in the World Inline Hockey Championships where Canada has won two silver medals. More recently she has completed a Bachelor of Education Degree at Queens University. |

Rob Bunton: The Belleville Bulls are proud to welcome back Rob Bunton as an Instructor for the hockey camps. Rob played Junior Hockey for the Belleville Bobcats and Wellington Dukes and has accumulated over 25 years of coaching experience at all levels including AAA and College. Rob is currently the Athletic Director at St. Theresa Secondary School where he is the operator of a highly successful Hockey Canada Skill's Academy. Rob is a Certified Hockey Canada Skill's instructor, coach mentor, and the Head Coach of the Bantam AA Bearcats girls hockey team and also the St. Theresa Boy's hockey team (2008 Central Ontario Champions).

Jason Supryka : Jason is in his sixth season working with the Belleville Bulls as Assistant Coach and Strength and Conditioning Coordinator. Along with his wife Andrea, they operates a very successful fitness and lifestyle business in Belleville for the past 10 years. Jason works as a personal trainer for a number of elite hockey players and athletes in the Quinte Area. |

Sebastien Farrese: Sebastien is in his sixth year as the Belleville Bulls’ Goaltending Coach. He has worked extensively with former and current Bulls’ goaltenders Kevin Lalande, Sebastian Dahm, Edward Pasquale, Tyson Teichmann, Philipp Grubauer and OHL Goaltender of the Year - Mike Murphy. In addition, this year Sebastien has taken on the added responsibility of becoming the Goaltending Coach for all teams in the Quinte AAA system for a third season. Sebastien has many years of hockey camp experience under his belt and will be returning for his third year with the Bulls’ camps this summer. |
