BELLEVILLE, ON - Belleville Bulls Head Coach and General Manager George Burnett announced Thursday afternoon that the team has acquired 19 year-old forward Joseph Cramarossa from the Mississauga St. Michael's Majors. In exchange, the Bulls have sent the Majors Kitchener's 2nd round pick in 2012 and Plymouth's 2nd round pick in 2013.

Cramarossa was a third round selection by the Anaheim Ducks in 2011 and made contributions to the Majors' run to the Memorial Cup Final last season as he played a two-way role and had 32 points in 59 regular season games.

The 6'1", 193Ib. native of Markham was originally a third round pick by Mississauga back in 2008 after coming out of the Markham Majors Minor Midget program. So far this season, he has 6 goals and 5 assists in 15 games with the blue and white.

"Joseph brings a great stride and versatility up front," said Burnett following the announcement. "He's a character player with a good resume of experience behind him and we expect him to contribute as a top forward on our team. He's been suspended and battled some injuries in the early part of the season but he's healthy now and we're excited to have him."

Cramarossa will be in the Bulls lineup on Friday night when they travel to Ottawa to battle the 67's at 7:30pm.

The Bulls return home on Saturday to close out a home-and-home set with Ottawa at 7:05pm. For tickets, call the Bulls Box Office at 613-966-8338.
