- Previously served as Bulls Assistant Coach from 2004-2006 and Strength and Conditioning Coordinator from 2006-2009
- Spent two seasons as Head Coach of Trenton Jr. A
- Graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology where he attended on a hockey scholarship
- Along with his wife Andrea operates a very successful fitness and lifestyle business in Belleville for the past 10 years
- Personal trainer to many elite athletes with emphasis on hockey in the Quinte Area
- Responsible for the Bulls in-season and off-season strength and fitness
- Drafted by the Guelph Storm of the OHL
