Ralph has been a valued member of the Bulls marketing team for many years and takes responsibility for informing members of the local business community about the Bulls and about the opportunities to promote local business in cooperation with an OHL franchise in Belleville. Ralph can be seen at all Bulls' home games dressed in a tuxedo, where he presents flowers to lucky fans.
