As Supervisor of Customer Services, Rob is responsible for all areas of customer contact. This includes ticketing, corporate suites, and retail services. Rob and his team of service providers are committed to providing outstanding customer service to enhance the overall hockey experience for the valued fans of the Belleville Bulls.
Rob has twenty five years of experience in the hospitality industry. Many of our customers may remember Rob from his nine years as a senior manager at the Ramada Inn Belleville. Rob is currently a part-time professor at Loyalist College, teaching Business, Marketing and Hotel and Travel courses in the School of Business and Management Studies. Committed to life long learning, Rob is working to add a degree in Adult Education through Brock University.
As the son of a career military officer, Rob has lived across Canada, as well as tours in England and Germany and the USA. Rob has resided in Belleville for twelve years with his wife Tammy and son Harrison.
