Half Day Goalie Camp

Age Level: Any skill level - Tyke to Midget

Dates: August 2nd- August 6th and August 9th - August 13th

The Belleville Bulls will again be offering an exclusive camp for goaltenders this summer under the leadership of Bulls Goaltender Coach Sebastien Farrese. This ½ day camp will provide 2 ½ hours of on-ice instruction every morning. It is designed for goaltenders of any age and skill level (Tyke to Midget). In addition to 2 ½ hours on the ice daily, the camp will provide goaltender specific off-ice training components, video discussion panels and nutritious snacks. Two camps will take place in the morning from Aug 2-6 and Aug 9-13 boasting a ratio of 3 goaltenders per net.

Typical Daily Schedule:

7:00am: Drop Off
7:05am: Dress
7:30am-9:00: On Ice
9:00am: Off-Ice Training/Video Discussion
10:15am: Substantial Snack
10:30am: Dress
11:00am-12:00pm: On Ice
12:00pm: Pick Up

NEW Advanced Goalie Camp

Age Level: Peewee to Adult

Dates: August 9th - August 13th

The Belleville Bulls are pleased to be introducing an Advanced Evening Goalie Camp this year. This program is designed for those goalies getting ready for high level competition play from peewees to adults. This camp will feature 10 hours of ice time for drills (2-on-1, power play, 3 zones) and will also include a workout and video session. Bulls Goaltending Coach, Sebastien Farrese will be leading this camp and it will be open to only 12 goalies. All participants will receive a DVD of the material covered during the week.

Typical Daily Schedule:

5:00pm-6:50pm: On-ice instruction
6:50pm-7:00pm: Time to change
7:00pm-7:15pm: Workout
7:15pm-7:30pm: Shower
7:30pm-8:30pm: Video session with food

Tyke Learn to Play Camp

Age Level: Boys and Girls 2004, 2005 (Year of Birth)

Dates: August 16th - August 20th 11:00am-12:00pm

Following three very successful years, the Belleville Bulls are proud to bring back our Tyke – Learn to Play – Program for young boys and girls born in 2004 or 2005 who already have some skating and/or hockey experience. The program will allow young players to improve in the areas of power skating, puck handling, passing and receiving and shooting. They will also play a short scrimmage game at the end of each session. The camp will take place from Aug 16-20 and will consist of one hour of ice time per day with the coaching staff and players of the Belleville Bulls. Players must have a full set of hockey equipment including hockey stick and facial protection. It is important to note that this is not a learn-to-skate program and players must have some experience skating and/or playing hockey already. This program is recommended for younger Tykes, older Tykes (2003) should register in our full-day camp.
